Book review: Tender is The Flesh

Tender is the flesh is set in a dystopian world where all animals are discovered to have a lethal virus, and because of that, the only meat available to consume is 'special meat' or as it is no longer called, human meat. The book centers on a man who works at a high end slaughterhouse for special meat, and what he does when given a high quality 'female' at his door.
